CTA employees can order uniforms in two easy ways. Either visit our three locations in Chicago or order online. How to order online:

USER ID:
Your CTA user id is CTA + your badge number (i.e.: cta1234)

PASSWORD:
Your password is the first initial of your first name, the first initial of your last name and your badge number. (i.e. John Smith with badge number 1234 = js1234)

All pickups and in-store orders require a valid CTA photo ID And a valid form of government-issued photo ID. NO EXCEPTIONS. All online orders can be picked up at either of our three convenience locations. Sorry, online orders cannot be shipped.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm, Alternating Saturdays 9am-2pm
